Photo Booth Hire Terms & Conditions

1. The client shall reimburse the company for any additional cost the booth butlers may incur for travel, meals, parking and other reasonable costs necessary to the performance of these services.

 

2. The deposit is not refundable if the clients cancels or changes the agreed upon times/ date. If the Photo Booth fails to appear at the agreed place and time agreed upon before hand, the deposit shall be refunded to the client.

 

3. Proof photographs shall be displayed as agreed upon before hand within 2-5 days after the event.

4. The company retains copy right in the photographs, and hereby grants the client unlimited but non-exclusive rights to the or reproduce the photographs for which the clients pays.

5. A suitable meal shall be provided for booth butlers if hired over 4hrs

​

6. Extra cost for travel may occur if hired out of Neath Port Talbot area and/or over night accommodation if required.

​

7. A charge of £15 will be added to hire for Photo booth/ Prop damage but will be reimbursed if no issue occurs.
