We do this so we are able to contact you regarding any queries or bookings quickly and effectively. Only information that is key to giving you the best experience possible is collected. Any data collected is never passed on to anyone or any companies. We only ever use first names in our client gallery too for maximum privacy.

 

 

 

How It’s Collected And Kept Safe

 

The main ways that we collect this data are when you get in touch via out contacts us page, or direct contacts via phone, email or social media. All of these ways are secure, and protected by very strong passcodes, as well as being encrypted. As for storage, the data is kept safe on a passcode to access hard drive that is kept under lock and key when it's not in use. 

 

We only gather, and keep, what we need to help give you the best experience, so any data that is recorded is kept indefinitely, just so if you ever want or need to get back in touch for any reason, we know exactly where to get back to you!  However for anyone who simply makes an enquiry but does not book anything with us, the data is kept for a maximum of one year before being safely deleted.

The data that we collect is yours. So if you ever wish to know and see the data that we have collected to help make your experience with J.Tabbs Photography the best one possible, then just let us know, its no trouble for us to provide you with that!
